The twice baked Gruyere souffle's were a delicious and light yet indulgent first course., Along with the cranberry & rare breed pork stuffing, the poshest pigs in blankets i have ever seen and the most tender and delicious stuffed and rolled boneless turkey crown that has ever graced my lips. David is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about curating fine foods and at a very reasonable price for the intricacy and indulgent offerings. i would highly recommend the services of Borage & Thyme to anyone seeking catering expertise, Private dining or fine handmade produce to level up their next dinner Party. one very very happy customer!" "Oh my God! We Contacted David at Borage & Thyme as we heard he was helping a restaurant in our village with their menu development and thought we could use a bit of outside advice. David was highly knowledgeable about current food trends and food preparation methods, He brought with him a few samples from the produce he makes which suited our venue, which really were amazing! He showed us various ways in which our chef could use the Products and what they are best paired with. The caponata, fennel compote & miso caramel paired exceptionally well with some of our dishes so we implemented them.
